Isaac (Tzachi) Mandelblit

Prior to establishing GlobalAlliances in 2007, Isaac Mandelblit was vice president of strategic alliances for Amdocs (Nasdaq: Dox) and led the company's E2E world wide alliances activities. Among his responsibilities were defining the Amdocs alliance strategy & go to market, leading the alliance engagement processes with the world's leading players and implementing the partnership agreements to significant joint sales around the globe.

Before joining Amdocs, Mr. Mandelblit served as a senior vice president of corporate development and alliances at TTI Telecom (Nasdaq: TTIL) and led the organization toward significant wins with key partners. Prior to that, he held management positions with IBM and ECI Telecom (Nasdaq:ECIL).

Isaac Mandelblit served as the commercial attache' of Israel in Mexico, Venezuela, and Colombia.
As the head of the Commercial Department at the embassy of Israel in Mexico, he initiated and led the negotiations of the Free Trade Agreement between the two countries. He was also a member of the Israel government's delegation to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. 

Isaac holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science and a BA in Business Administration, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an MBA studies from Tel Aviv University.
